Definitely! For work that you get booked annually, we are glad to offer a 5% discount! 

For every residential job, we take a 50% deposit on a credit card to ensure that you have your spot booked on our schedule. 

You do not need to be home, however, many clients like to be there at the start of the project so they can meet the crew.

For window cleaning, we ask that you remove your window screens and remove all items around your home. For example, if we are cleaning your patio we ask you remove all furniture and belongings so that the crew has proper access for cleaning. If we are washing your driveway, we ask that all vehicles are parked off of areas needing cleaned.
